It is the policy of the Minor Oaks Hockey Association ( MOHA ) that all MOHA membership information is private and confidential and is to be used for the sole purpose of planning and organizing hockey related activities with respect to MOHA Hockey program(s).
No MOHA membership information can be shared, transferred or distributed, in any format, to persons, organizations, or business interests without the express written consent of the Minor Oaks Hockey Association. Access to the MOHA member database is granted to various MOHA volunteers, employees and administrators for the sole purpose of organizing and administering the delivery of recreational hockey programs in the local Oakville community. Any other use, deliberate or accidental, is strictly prohibited.
